Shipping & pickup

Mailed in a padded box, or picked up for free.

Mailing is $5 per order, no matter how many pieces are in it.
Orders are mailed within 3 days by USPS Ground Advantage, with tracking. They usually arrive 2–5 days after that.
We only mail to addresses in the United States.
Custom orders take up to 10 days to make, then they're mailed the same way.
Holiday shelves show an order-by date, so your snack arrives in time.
Pickup is free in Bloomington-Normal, IL. Once your order is ready, we'll email you to set up a time and place.

Every snack is one of a kind, so all sales are final.

We can't take returns or exchanges, because each piece is made by hand and there's only one of it.
Did it arrive broken? Email a photo to hello@itspeyton.com within 7 days of it arriving, and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to send it back.
If two people buy the last of a piece at almost the same time, the second buyer gets a brand-new one made just for them (up to 10 days), or a full refund if it can't be made.
Refunds go back to the way you paid. They usually show up within 5–10 days.

Custom snacks are $15 each, up to 10 per order, and you pay when you order.
They take up to 10 days to make. If you order more than one, each will look a little different.
Custom orders can't be cancelled once they're paid for. If it turns out to be something I can't make, you get a full refund.

They belong on a shelf, not in little hands.

Every piece is a decoration, not a toy. They have small parts and aren't for children under 3.
Each one is made with modeling clay, paint and marker.

We only ask for what we need to get your snack to you.

We collect your name and email, your mailing address (or phone number for pickup), and anything you write in a gift note or custom request, including a photo if you attach one.
Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
We only use your details for your order: getting it to you, emailing you about it, and answering your questions. We don't sell or share them, and we don't send marketing emails.
Photos attached to custom requests are private. Only we can see them.
The site uses a couple of cookies to remember your cart and keep its forms secure, and briefly keeps your IP address and browser type with them. There are no ads and no tracking.
Want your details deleted? Email hello@itspeyton.com and we'll take care of it.

Buyers should be adults, or have a parent's permission.
